사람이 많을수록 아무도 안 돕는 이유
방관자 효과
주변에 사람이 많으면 '누군가 하겠지' 하고 책임감이 나뉘어서 오히려 도움을 덜 주게 돼요. 1960년대 달리와 라타네의 실험에서, 혼자 있을 때보다 여럿이 있을 때 도움을 청하는 소리에 반응이 느렸어요. 도움이 필요할 땐 '파란 옷 입은 분!'처럼 한 사람을 콕 집어 부탁하는 게 효과적이에요.

With more people around, responsibility gets spread thin ('someone else will do it'), so each person is less likely to help. In Darley and Latané's 1960s experiments, people responded more slowly to a call for help when others were present. If you need help, point to one specific person and ask them directly.
