정확히는 위 하나가 네 칸으로 나뉘어 있어요. 첫 칸(혹위)에서 미생물이 풀을 발효시키고, 소는 이걸 다시 입으로 올려 되새김질해요. 우리가 먹는 양, 벌집양, 천엽, 막창이 바로 이 네 칸이에요.

Technically it's one stomach with four compartments. In the first (the rumen), microbes ferment grass, and the cow brings it back up to chew again. Tripe dishes come from these compartments.
